Point Breeze Designs [PBD] is a privately owned eBay shop and online store for uniquely designed, handmade, vintage, and “chic” items for the entire family. We carry all types and style of high quality “gently worn” clothing, doll clothes, household items, stylishly handmade, vintage, new, and “gently worn” jewelry. We also carry many lines of fiction and non-fiction books, craft supplies, Red Hat accessories, and much, much more. All of our merchandise is carefully designed and made with high quality materials for our customers’ satisfaction. And all of our vintage, estate sale, and “gentle worn” items are chosen for their quality and uniqueness and passed on to our customers at affordable prices. Our goal is to provide you with the highest craftsmanship of handmade merchandise; with unique and stylish design; paying close attention to cost and quality; and paying the maximum consideration to customer service standards.You can always expect the finest quality and workmanship from PBD-and we will try our best to guarantee you'll get it.

    We check our email daily and all phone messages are returned with 24 hrs. [Unless it is a weekend or holiday, then the message will be returned the following Monday or the day after the holiday]
    3. What is Point Breeze Designs return policy? (back to top)
    Your satisfaction with any item purchased with us is of our highest concern. If within 7 days after receipt of your purchase you're not completely satisfied, simply return it for a full refund (less delivery charges)*. Be sure that all products are returned in the original state they were received. Products which have been modified or damaged will not be accepted for any refunds.
    Before returning any products to us, you must first email us so that we can provide you with a “Return Authorization Number”. All returns must include the RAN and the reason for the return. Insuring the return shipment is mandatory!

    4. How fast will my order be shipped? (back to top)
    At PBD, we know the importance of having your orders delivered safely and shipped in a timely manner, that's why we guarantee that your order will be shipped by the following Tuesday or Thursday of that same week once receipt of payment has been verified. Please note that this guarantee does not apply to payments received on weekends and holidays.
    5. Can I get a gift box with my purchase? (back to top) Of course, there will be a small charge of $1.00 and best of all your 1st gift wrapped item is FREE OF CHARGE! Each additional gift wrapped item will be $2.00. Please note that each gift wrapped order comes with tissue, ribbon, and you may also have included a note card that can be personalized to your liking for an additional $1.00. Each wrapping will be unique to that item and there may be a difference is style, colors, and ribbons for each gift wrapped item. For any special requests, a small charge of $2.00 will be added.

    6. Do you offer combined shipping rates when purchasing multiple items? (back to top) Certainly! A handling fee of $2.00* [for jewelry only, $4.00 for clothing and all other items are listed in the description] will be added for each additional jewelry item you purchase from us (up to 5 items per order), for example, if you order 3 jewelry items from us, you will be charged $3.95 for the first item (Standard Ground Service), and then $4.00 for the remaining 2 items ($2.00 for each). In order to qualify and take advantage of our combined shipping policy you must wait until all auctions close and "Buy It Now" selections are made before checking out. Our checkout system will generate one consolidated invoice for all items purchased within 7 days. Please do not wait more than 7 days as this will result in your order being automatically cancelled and item(s) will be relisted.

    7. Do I have to use your checkout button/link? (back to top)
    No, however shipment of your order could be delayed by up to 1 week if you don't. We ship many orders each week and the checkout button/link allows us to process your order more expeditiously and get your order delivered to you as quick as possible.

    8. Do you offer local pickups? (back to top)
    Yes, PBD will at times have items that may be too large or easier to pick up directly from us locally. If you are going to do a local pick-up; you will need to let PBD know in advance; and then your item/items will not get automatically shipped. You can notate it in your correspondence when you pay through PayPal, or you can jot off an email to PBD. But, be sure to put the words “local pick-up” in the subject line so that PBD will recognize it and file it accordingly.

    10. Can I leave a suggestion or give feedback?

Does PBD have a newsletter?Yes, send us an email with the words “Newsletter” in the subject line, your name and email address, blog, and mailing address, and we will add you to our newsletter list. Newsletters are sent out monthly with updates of new items, sales, changes, and other fun and informative information.
